Welcome, I'm Lisa

New Zealand Registered Social Worker and mum of two, supporting mothers through the raw, beautiful, and often complex journey of matrescence "a significant life transition into and through motherhood, touching every part of life".

My work centres your emotional wellbeing, offering individual counselling in a calm and confidential space, because making sense of motherhood isn’t meant to happen in silence or alone.

Whether you’re contemplating parenthood, currently pregnant, or navigating postpartum and early motherhood, support is available.

WHAT IS MATRESCENCE?

Matrescence refers to the profound emotional, physical, social, and identity changes that unfold as we move into and through motherhood.

COUNSELLING SUPPORT

Maternal Wellness counselling offers a safe, confidential space to explore the emotional and identity changes of motherhood, during pregnancy, postpartum and early motherhood.

Sessions meet you where you are at, supporting you through this deeply transformational season of life with understanding, care, and guidance, tailored to your individual needs.
