For women seeking consistent support through the profound shifts of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, regular sessions provide ongoing guidance, clarity, and space for self-compassion.

Q: What is a connection call?
A: A connection call is a no-pressure, 15–20 minute conversation before your first session.
We’ll discuss your needs, explain how counselling works, and see if it feels like the right fit.
Q: What happens in my first counselling session?
A: Your first session is an opportunity for us to connect more deeply. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to counselling, what support you’re hoping for, and plan the next steps together. There’s no pressure or obligation, it’s simply about making sure the support feels right for you.
Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: Every mother’s journey is unique. Some benefit from a single session, while others find ongoing and regular support more helpful. We’ll decide together what feels right for you.
Q: Who is this counselling for?
A: Support is available for mothers contemplating parenthood, pregnant, postpartum, or in early motherhood. It’s for anyone navigating emotional, relational, identity, or life changes related to becoming a mother.
Q: Can my baby attend sessions?
A: Yes, babies are welcome at sessions if needed. Online sessions offer additional flexibility for parents at home.
Q: Where are sessions held?
A: Sessions are offered online New Zealand wide or in-person in Queenstown.
Q: How long are sessions?
A: Sessions are generally 60 minutes, though we can discuss different timeframes if needed to suit your situation.

In this session, we’ll explore your current needs.
If it feels right, we can discuss ongoing support options for your matrescence journey.
This is ideal if you’re ready to start working on your journey with clarity and support.
Session availability: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am – 2:30pm (NZ time).
Hours and days will expand as client bookings grow.
